4. Nisa Suresi 170. ayet Bijan Moeinian

O’ mankind! this Prophet has come from God, armed with truth to you. Believing in him is the best decision of yours. If you decide not to believe, know that [you harm none but yourself as God does not need your belief as] everything in the heavens and the earth belongs to God. Know that God knows everything [thus you cannot do mischief in His Kingdom without His knowledge and that] He is the Most Wise.
يَٓا اَيُّهَا النَّاسُ قَدْ جَٓاءَكُمُ الرَّسُولُ بِالْحَقِّ مِنْ رَبِّكُمْ فَاٰمِنُوا خَيْراً لَكُمْۜ وَاِنْ تَكْفُرُوا فَاِنَّ لِلّٰهِ مَا فِي السَّمٰوَاتِ وَالْاَرْضِۜ وَكَانَ اللّٰهُ عَل۪يماً حَك۪يماً
Ya eyyuhan nasu kad caekumur resulu bil hakkı min rabbikum fe aminu hayran lekum. Ve in tekfuru fe inne lillahi ma fis semavati vel ard. Ve kanallahu alimen hakima.

12 vein eğer وَإِن
13 tekfuru inkar ederseniz تَكْفُرُوا۟
14 feinne bilin ki فَإِنَّ
15 lillahi Allah'ındır لِلَّهِ
16 ma olanlar مَا
17 fi فِى
18 s-semavati göklerde ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ
19 vel'erdi ve yerde وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۚ
20 ve kane ve وَكَانَ
21 llahu Allah ٱللَّهُ
22 alimen bilendir عَلِيمًا
23 hakimen hüküm ve hikmet sahibidir حَكِيمًۭا
