Thy Lord would not have destroyed the cities unjustly while the people of them were well doers.

وَمَا كَانَ رَبُّكَ لِيُهْلِكَ الْقُرٰى بِظُلْمٍ وَاَهْلُهَا مُصْلِحُونَ

Ve ma kane rabbuke li yuhlikel kura bi zulmin ve ehluha muslihun.
