56. Vakıa Suresi 83. ayet Taqi Usmani

So why (do you) not (intervene) when the soul (of a dying person) reaches the throat,

فَلَوْلَٓا اِذَا بَلَغَتِ الْحُلْقُومَۙ

Fe lev la iza belegatil hulkume.
