That is the Knower of the unseen and the witnessed, the Exalted in Might, the Merciful,

ذٰلِكَ عَالِمُ الْغَيْبِ وَالشَّهَادَةِ الْعَز۪يزُ الرَّح۪يمُۙ

Zalike alimul gaybi veş şehadetil azizur rahim.
