Allah expands his bounty freely to whomsoever He will, or He restricts its measure; and they rejoice in the life of this world, but the life of this world is naught but a temporary comfort compared with the Hereafter.

وَيَقُولُ الَّذ۪ينَ كَفَرُوا لَوْلَٓا اُنْزِلَ عَلَيْهِ اٰيَةٌ مِنْ رَبِّه۪ۜ قُلْ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ يُضِلُّ مَنْ يَشَٓاءُ وَيَهْد۪ٓي اِلَيْهِ مَنْ اَنَابَۚ

Ve yekulullezine keferu lev la unzile aleyhi ayetun min rabbih, kul innallahe yudillu men yeşau ve yehdi ileyhi men enab.
