9. Tevbe Suresi 18. ayet Bijan Moeinian

Only those are worthy of visiting/ maintaining the mosques (in Arabic meaning the place of worship) of God who believe in the existence of [the One and only One] God and the Last Day, worship the Lord on regular basis, devote a part of their income to the charity and do not fear none but God. Only such people are expected to be guided [and adopt the right path.]

اِنَّمَا يَعْمُرُ مَسَاجِدَ اللّٰهِ مَنْ اٰمَنَ بِاللّٰهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْاٰخِرِ وَاَقَامَ الصَّلٰوةَ وَاٰتَى الزَّكٰوةَ وَلَمْ يَخْشَ اِلَّا اللّٰهَ فَعَسٰٓى اُو۬لٰٓئِكَ اَنْ يَكُونُوا مِنَ الْمُهْتَد۪ينَ

İnnema ya'muru mesacidallahi men amene billahi vel yevmil ahıri ve ekames salate ve atez zekate ve lem yahşe illallahe fe asa ulaike en yekunu minel muhtedin.
