(O Prophet) Let it not deceive you that the rejecters of the Truth seem to be able to do on earth as they please.

لَا يَغُرَّنَّكَ تَقَلُّبُ الَّذ۪ينَ كَفَرُوا فِي الْبِلَادِۜ
